How to change the language setting interface of QGIS ?

Comment changer l'interface QGIS ?

Francais to any languages :

• Préférences -> Options -> Langue

Check Forcer la nationalité du système  

English to any languages :

• Settings -> Options -> Locale

Check Override system locale and set you language in there.
